Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Staaash ("Staaash", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the Staaash apps, websites, and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Staaash

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Staaash. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Your account

You sign in to Staaash using your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping that sign-in secure and for all activity that happens under your Staaash account. Please also keep your devices secure and enable the in-app biometric lock if others can access your device.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• Store data you have no right to hold, or use Staaash to facilitate access to accounts that are not yours;
• Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the Service, except under our published security-research policy;
• Reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing service from the Service; or
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.

4. The app is free

Staaash is provided free of charge, with all of its features available to everyone. We may introduce optional paid extras in the future — if we ever do, we will make that clear before you are charged, and storing your cards, codes, and passes will remain free.

5. Passes and future features

Some features, including passes and tickets, are still in development and may be released over time. Features offered in beta are provided "as is", may change or be withdrawn, and are excluded from any service commitments.

6. Your content

The cards, codes, passes, and other information you save remain yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service — for example, to store and sync your data using our cloud provider, Google Firebase, so that it is available across your devices.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staaash will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim will not exceed USD 100.

9. Termination

You may stop using Staaash and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
